We acquired four Doron 550LE driving simulators from the Virginia State Police training center.

The simulators are specifically designed for emergency vehicle operations course that includes:

- emergency response

- task management

- accident avoidance

- precision driving

- vehicle dynamics (from a Camaro to a full scale fire truck)

Our drivers also get hands on experience in the precision driving course, handling lights, siren, radio communications and directing traffic as well as gaining experience with the vehicle's dynamics.

They also get training in traffic control with our instructor certified by the National Safety Council.

Classroom training

The classroom portion of the training teaches the many special techniques needed to address the large array of situations that can arise on the road during an escort. From traffic control techniques, to weather conditions and construction zones, our manual is based on the extensive experience in law enforcement and nearly three decades of escorting processions.

Funeral directors are welcome to review our training program, including experiencing the simulators.
